When the preferred option has been identified we will provide you with information about the loan and the provider of this to ensure you understand your responsibilities and commitments, before proceeding.
Kingsley Lighton Limited works with a panel of lenders which in our opinion represent a fair analysis of the relevant market. Please ask for details of the panel of lenders we use if you require this information.
We will not charge you any fee for this service as we normally receive a commission or fee payment directly from the lender.
Our aim is to provide you with a professional and confidential service that delivers the highest possible standards. However, there may be occasions where you feel this has not been achieved and should you wish to make a complaint about any aspect of the service we provide to you, you can do this by writing to Mr Philip Bristow 82 St. John Street, London, EC1M 4JN, by telephoning us on 01737351084 or by email to email@example.com where we will try to resolve your concern at the earliest time possible.
A summary of our internal complaints handling procedures for the reasonable and prompt handling of complaints is available on request and if you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk or by contacting them on 0800 023 4 567.
