This document sets out how we will deal with you in the provision of services for Credit Broking Kingsley Lighton Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Our Services

We will at all times act in your best interests, we will source loans from the market that are suitable to the requirements you disclose to us. When the preferred option has been identified we will provide you with information about the loan and the provider of this to ensure you understand your responsibilities and commitments, before proceeding.

Commission Disclosure

The Financial Conduct Authority requires us to advise that where transactions with clients are classed as regulated by the Consumer Credit Act of 1974 that a pre-contract information document is provided by the lender giving details of the transaction along with pre-contract explanation documents.

Fees and Commissions

Vector Professions Finance do not charge you directly any fees or request any payment from you for arranging a transaction. Our commission is received directly from the lender on a basis that is in line with standard industry practice and FCA requirements.

Our panel of lenders is made up of well known reputable institutions all of whom are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Complaints

Our aim is to provide you with a professional and confidential service that delivers the highest possible standards. A summary of our internal complaints handling procedures for the reasonable and prompt handling of complaints is available on request and if you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk or by contacting them on 0800 023 4 567.
